Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and unused, with the original seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at commerce@manadrop.co. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5 Jalan MH 3, Taman Muzaffar Heights, 75450 Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong variant, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

As a liquid food product, Manadrop Liquid Sweetener is subject to the following restrictions:

  • Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle promotion.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right variant is to return your unopened item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you on whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
